को: Time ~> Time

> **Why is this a separate function?** This is the only time (pun intended?) that को would create an adverb. It doesn't fit under any other function very well. I did consider [ss Goal] at some point but the grammatical functions are entirely different.

को used to create a time adverbial is marked with [ss Time--Time].
