# 만큼 (-mankhum)

만큼 is annotated with [ss ComparisonRef], much like the postposition [보다](http://flat.nert.georgetown.edu/ko/보다). In a comparison the postposition marks the reference object that stands as the upper/lower extent met by the compared object. In English, this is expressed via the [as-as construction](http://flat.nert.georgetown.edu/en/comparatives_and_superlatives/).
